Policy
Factual errors are corrected as soon as we're aware of them. The correction is added to the top of the affected article, and the article is re-timestamped. Typos and grammar fixes are made silently. Substantive edits (material facts, quotes, numbers, attribution) are always logged on this page.

Takedowns
We do not take down published articles unless legally required. If a correction suffices, we correct. If a subject is unhappy with coverage, we will consider adding a clarification or right of reply — but we do not remove accurate reporting on request.
